Not once did checkered flag call me to update me on the status of my car, nor tell me that the payment was an issue. My car sat in their shop for 4 weeks and I was told that my insurance had not paid them. I did need an adjustor to come out, so I expected my car to be in the shop for at most 2 weeks. Not too much had to be repaired, just a few parts needed to be ordered. My first impression of checkered flag was positive, but that quickly changed once they stopped talking and starting acting. I was already a bit upset that I had to dish out $500 for my deductible over an accident that was unavoidable. I took my car in to get damages repaired due to a minor car accident caused by debris on the highway. Its up to the dealership to pay specific attention to the small portion of needs customers need to keep the Loyalty. People have goals when they come to the dealership for any reason. She found out her car would take 3 hours longer. ![]() I can also say while sitting in the Lobby another lady was also having a communication issue. Customer service needs to be spectacular every time. I feel there is no reason someone should settle for okay customer service. I am disappointed because this is my 2nd service in a row that customer service was bad. I was also trying to stress how I felt to the representative, but it just went over her head. ![]() I felt they could have briefed me better on everything going on from the service till the payment. Communication with the representatives on car care and other info. I used a coupon for services to be done for a good price, which turned out to be a total of 3x the coupon price. I was told about having a service done that I agreed to and it was never completed. I have gave 1 star because I left my last service not satisfied.
